If you feel for any reason that your logs are not of the required standard, or are not what you ordered, please contact us immediately by telephone – 017683 62746 or by e-mail (tjewbank@gmail.com).  We will arrange collection and either credit you accordingly or arrange a replacement.

If your delivery does not arrive as arranged, please contact us immediately by telephone – 017683 62746 or by e-mail (tjewbank@gmail.com).  We will investigate the problem and get back to you as soon as possible.
